Collection: Olive Wood Cookies

These olive wood cookies come from 70yr old Arizona grown olive trees that had ceased olive production. The varieties are Greek Koroneiki and Spanish Arbosana. Arizona has a very favorable climate for olive trees and while you can see many trees in the valley, planting male fruit bearing olive trees has been banned since a 1986 city ordinance was put in place citing issues with pollen.

These cookies have less than 10% moisture content. These make great resin table tops, river tables, coffee tables, epoxy projects, wall art, clocks etc.
